Yards Brewing Company goes PYNK for fall

Yards’ PYNK is tart, not sweet.

Move over, pumpkin. This fall we’re reaching for raspberry. Local craft brewery Yards just released PYNK, a seasonal berry ale with a tart kick.

Each batch of the pink-hued beer is made with more than 3,000 pounds of raspberries, sweet cherries and sour cherries.

It originally had a limited release almost a decade ago — this time, tying in with the pink theme, Yards is donating $1 from each case sold to The Tyanna Foundation, an organization that helps out breast cancer patients.
