2-year-old injured in North Philadelphia triple shooting

Three people, including a 2-year-old boy, were hospitalized after shots were fired Monday night in North Philadelphia, according to police.

Authorities said the shooting occurred at around 9:30 p.m. near the corner of Dauphin and Gratz streets. The child was stuck in his left arm, investigators said.

A 34-year-old woman was shot once in her abdomen, and a 30-year-old man was struck in his right hand, police said. All three were taken to Temple University Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.

Police reported no arrests in the aftermath of the shooting.
