Authorities said the shooting occurred at around 9:30 p.m. near the corner of Dauphin and Gratz streets. The child was stuck in his left arm, investigators said.

A 34-year-old woman was shot once in her abdomen, and a 30-year-old man was struck in his right hand, police said. All three were taken to Temple University Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.
