Energizing activities in Hip-Hop Dance Fitness, Cycling, Zumba, Tae Bo, and many more varying in range of difficulty. Free yoga sessions during the summer happen twice a day Monday through Thursday, at 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., at 7 a.m. on Friday, and 9:30 a.m. on the weekends.
