A $5,000 reward is being offered for information regarding the murder of a 21-year-old man in Norristown.
Ryan Ladson-Singleton, 21, was shot and killed outside a house on the 600 block of Green Street on Oct. 20, authorities said.
Several witnesses and community members believed to have information about the shooting have refused to come forward, officials said.
Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman said investigators have also been stymied by the lack of cooperation in two other cases:
Ferman and Norristown Police Chief Russell Bono announced the reward in the murder case as an incentive to get witnesses to come forward.
“Without cooperation from citizens and witnesses, it is impossible for members of law enforcement to bring justice for the death of Ryan Ladson Singleton and other victims of violent crimes,” Vetri Ferman said.
