An elderly man shot two individuals on Tuesday after the duo allegedly attacked him and his wife as they were walking home from work, according to reports.
On Tuesday at about 8:30 p.m. police said a 20-year-old man and 21-year-old man confronted the 65-year-old and his wife near their home in Queen Village, WGAL News reported.
According to ABC, the men then punched and threw the elderly man to the ground and continued assaulting him. They then began attacking his wife, also knocking her down to the ground.

The couple attempted to get away, their attorney told ABC, but the alleged attackers kept coming at them.
Then in what appears to be a clear case of self-defense, police said, the 65-year-old man — who has a valid permit to carry a weapon — pulled out his .45-caliber handgun and shot one man in the stomach and the other in the shoulder, ABC reported. Both men are in stable condition, authorities said.
The district attorney will decide if anyone will be charged in this incident.
