The Top Chef star is hosting a fun Autumn Harvest dinner with delicious dishes like Roasted Acorn Squash, Rigatoni and French Apple Cake. Plus the event will feature Three Springs Fruit Farm’s Ploughman Cider and Green Meadow Farm. Reps will be at the dinner to fill guests in on the cider pairings.

Thanksgiving Baking Class

High Street on Market is hosting this baking class ahead of Thanksgiving, aka the biggest food holiday in the nation. Chef Manuyag and his team will guide guests through the baking process of several Thanksgiving favorites, such as Sweet Potato Pie and Bourbon Pecan Tarts. While their culinary creations are in the oven guests can munch on delicious desserts and small bites.

Night Skies in the Observatory

The Franklin Institute is hosting this evening full of ‘out of this world’ astronomy activities. This monthly event features telescopes all night (weather permitting) for stargazing fun, planetarium shows, live presentations, astronomy activities and a cash bar.

Mont d’Or Dinner

Guests will be transported to Jura, France during this magical dining experience.  The decadent four-course meal features a whole wheel of the cheese, savory and sweet dishes from Executive Chef Kenneth Bush, and wines that are indigenous to the Jura area. Master Distiller Brent Eliot from Four Roses is hosting this event featuring festive hors d’oeuvres like Hush Puppies and Kentucky Deviled Eggs; family style dinner inspired by the south including Pennslytucky Fried Chicken, Cornmeal Crusted Catfish and Smoked Pastrami Short Rib. Plus delicious desserts include Chocolate Bourbon Balls, Derby Pie and Apple Stack Cake from Chef Joe Thomas Jr. Guests will also receive a welcome cocktail upon arrival and five bourbons throughout the night, poured by Brent himself.
