Michael Vick’s agent, Joe Segal, appeared on NFL Network earlier today and talked about the possibility of his client signing a longterm deal with the Eagles.
Vick signed a one-year tender with the team back in March, but he is clearly part of their future plans — especially if (when?) the Eagles trade backup Kevin Kolb.
“I think a longterm deal is something both sides would covet. I will talk to Joe Banner and explore that,” Segal said Monday. “I think Mike is amenable to it. He’d look forward to it. He loves Philly, loves the fans. If the Eagles are interested, we’re definitely interested.”
