The 27-year-old, who has not been identified, told police the driver of a blue-and-red Freedom Taxicab picked her up at The Barbary, a Fishtown nightclub at 951 Frankford Avenue, around 12:30 a.m.
The man “digitally penetrated” the woman inside the cab, according to a police report, after pulling over and climbing into the back seat with her “to help her find her phone.”
