Bullseye-tattooed man shoots two inside restaurant

A man with a bullseye tattoo on his forehead reportedly shot two West Philadelphia teens late Sunday night.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m. in Lucky Chinese American Food at 60th and Pine streets in West Philadelphia, NBC reported.

The bullseye-tattooed man shot two 18-year-olds, one in the buttocks and one in the side of the head, according to police.

All three fled the scene. One victim was found on the 6000 block of Spruce Street, the other on the 6000 block of Pine Street.

The victims were brought to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.

A motive was not known, although it may have been drug related.One of the victims had drugs in his possession at the time of the shooting, police said.

No arrests have been made.
