CITY HALL – Philadelphia has the lowest direct labor cost among its peer cities in the Northeast region, according to a study released yesterday by Mayor Michael Nutter.
The study, called Smart City. Smart Choice, reveals that Philadelphia edges out Boston, New York and Washington D.C., for a 100-person service company occupying 25,000 square feet.
