African American Museum Of Philadelphia

Independence Hall

Walking into Independence Hall is like traveling back in time. Visitors can explore the historic building where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed. Eastern State Penitentiary 

The Eastern State Penitentiary — known as America’s most historic prison — was built in 1829. At one time the most expensive and famous prison, Eastern State Penitentiary is known for its grand architecture. Nowadays, the prison is open to the public, where visitors can tour the eerie hallways and look inside the cell blocks, leaving with a deeper feel of what it was like for prisoners.
