Police have arrested a teen in a fiery car chase and the shooting of a state trooper on I-676 in Center City earlier this week.
Kaymer Lewis, 17, was taken into custody on Thursday, making him the fourth person arrested in connection to the incident, ABC 6 reported.
Charges are still pending against Lewis according to ABC, which added that he was a passenger in the vehicle when it was stopped by troopers on Tuesday prior to the I-676 shooting.

Lewis’ arrest comes after Giovanni Cotto, who is accused of leading trooper Patrick R. Casey, 31, on the high-speed chase, was charged with attempted murder.
During the pursuit, while firing at the officer, Cotto crashed into a school bus. The car then became engulfed in flames, which spread to the bus.
Casey sustained a non-life threatening wound to the shoulder.
