A Philadelphia homeless man, beaten at a Sunoco gas station in Olney in April, has died.
A surveillance camera captured the shocking attack on Robert Barnes, according to ABC, which added that the incident left Barnes in a coma.

The widely aired video shows Barnes being ambushed by six individuals who used Mace, a hammer and the leg of a rocking chair to pummel him, Philly.com reported, also stating that Barnes suffered multiple skull fractures and broken bones, according to police.
Aleathea Gillard, 34, Shareena Joachim, 23, and Kaisha Duggins, 24, were charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy and other crimes in the attack while three juveniles were subsequently sentenced to juvenile treatment facilities, Philly.com stated.

Police said those charges could be upgraded to murder after the district attorney returns from the Thanksgiving holiday, ABC reported.
