The ex-girlfriend of Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams was sentenced Wednesday to one year of probation and is required to take an anger management class for slashing the tires of two cars outside Williams’ residence last year.
Stacey Cummings, 47, previously agreed to enter into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program of the Philadelphia Municipal Court, NBC 10 reported.
The program allows individuals with no prior criminal record to have their cases expunged if all conditions of their sentence are met.
In addition to probation, Cummings must pay $845 in fines. She already repaid the cost of the damage to the slashed tires on the two cars, which were city-owned.
Both Cummings and her attorney, Greg Pagano, declined to comment after the hearing.
She was charged in August for the slashings, which occurred last November.
