A part-time Villanova student was charged on Wednesday with secretly recording women and minors with cellphone cameras in public bathrooms.
Vincent Kane, 19, of the 100 block of Sterner Avenue in Broomall surrendered to authorities and was charged with possession of child pornography, sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communications facility, Philly.com reported.
Police began investigating Kane on Sept. 26 after finding a cellphone camera recording in a public bathroom at Villanova, NBC10 reported.

Police said they found a hardriveat Kane’s house containing 51,000 images and videos, recorded in places like a CVS where Kane worked, a Villanova classroom and a local high school. Authorities said the freshman admitted to “up-skirting” for two years, according to reports.
Kane was arraigned on Wednesday and released after posting 10 percent bond on his $50,000 bail. His next hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3.
