A Virginia man was arrested Friday after police conducting a traffic stop allegedly found some contraband in his vehicle.

A search of Danison’s car allegedly turned up a sawed-off shotgun, handcuffs and a collection of daggers.

Danison was arraigned shortly before 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning and charged with carrying unlicensed firearms and carrying firearms in public without a permit.

Danison was as of Monday morning jailed at the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000bail.

He is next due in court for a preliminary hearing on May 29.
