The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation has posted the complete final draft of the Master Plan for the Central Delaware: Transforming Philadelphia’s Waterfront on its website.
The plan was originally presented June 13 and includes public space, retail and residential development strategies and multimodal transit plans for four riverside priority sites.
The corporation is asking for public and stakeholder feedback, which must be submitted by Friday, August 25 at
5:00pm. It is the last chance for the public to comment on the plan.
After feedback is incorporated, the plan will be submitted to the Philadelphia
City Planning Commission for adoption later this fall.
