The ongoing saga of DeSean Jackson continues, as sources are now stepping back on the inevitability of his departure.

Two separate instances Tuesday inferred that the Eagles could retain their top receiver from the 2013 season after all.

A Jackson tweet, following a meeting of AFC head coaches at the owners meeting said the following:”Good to Talk to Big Chip Today!! Say or hear what ya want!! The Picture speaks for itself!! Winner”

Attached to the tweet was an Instagram photo of Jackson and Eagles head coach Chip Kelly from training camp last season.

Then later this morning, Philly.com reported that a source close to Jackson said the Eagles coach told the star wideout “don’t worry about anything and keep working hard and be ready for camp.”

With the situation fluid regarding the Pro-Bowler’s future with the Birds, news is expected to break sooner rather that later with the media pressuring the Eagles front office for comment on the issue.
