Don’t miss out on these big concerts coming to Philly in 2016

As much as we love anintimate show at Boot & Saddle or Johnny Brenda’s, there’s something to be said for a full house dancing in their seats at a stadium show. Here are 13 concertsto put on your calendar in 2016.

1. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis

The Saturday, Jan. 23, show is sold out, but you can still score tickets for An Evening With Macklemore and Ryan Lewis on Jan. 24.

The Boss makes our Valentine’s Day wishes come true on Feb. 14, with a show at theWells Fargo Center. This one is sold out, so you’ll have to find a reseller.

3. Naughty by Nature

Hip Hop Hooray your way to TLA on Sunday, Feb. 28, for Grammy-winning rap pioneers Naughty by Nature.


4. The Who

Roger Daltry is recovered and the rescheduled The Who Hits 50 tour (50!) comes to the Wells Fargo Center on Monday, March 14.

6. Rihanna

7. Pearl Jam

Rejoice, Pearl Jam fans! The band just announced a 2016 tour, with two Philly dates: April 28 and 29 at the Wells Fargo Center. Tickets go on sale Jan. 29 at noon.

Be a Belieber at Justin Bieber’s Purpose World Tour, hitting the Wells Fargo Center for two shows, Saturday and Sunday, May 7 and 8.

9.Firefly Music Festival

10.Sting and Peter Gabriel

Music legends Sting and Peter Gabriel are teaming up for the just-announced Rock Paper Scissors tour, which kicks off June 21. The Philly date is June 26 at BB&T Pavilion (formerly the Susquehanna Bank Center). Tickets go on sale this coming Monday, Jan. 25, at 10 a.m.
