One man was fatally shot and another was critically injured in a shooting Saturday afternoon in West Philadelphia’s Overbrook neighborhood.
An unidentified gunman opened fire on the 1000 block of Edgemore Road just before 3 p.m. Saturday, NBC10 reports. Two men, both 26 years old, were struck.
One victim was struck in the back and was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He was pronounced dead at 3:28 p.m.
The second victim was hit twice, in the shoulder and hip, and was transported to the same hospital. He’s currently in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
