Drexel’s Frantz Masserat drills 50-footer to win it

The Drexel Dragons haven’t been the dominant team they expected to be so far this season, but that doesn’t mean they are out of any postseason tournaments yet. Thanks to Franz Masserat’s 50-foot miracle jumper they got a much-needed 55-52 victory Wednesday night and kept hope alive.

Some are calling it THE SHOT OF THE YEAR …

Damion Lee led Drexel with 14 points, while Hofstra’s Taran Blue scored 29 points and tied a Hofstra single-game record seven 3-pointers.
