Flyers look for consistency

It’s a new look for Scott Hartnell. The Flyers winger ended a three-year, hair cut ban by chopping his trademark locks this past weekend and donating them to Locks of Love (www.locksoflove.org).

Hartnell scored a goal Saturday in a 5-2 win over Toronto. The Flyers will play a series of five games in eight days, with the team traveling to Columbus tonight (7 p.m., CSN).

“Whether you get time off, whether you get four games in six nights, whether you have back-to-backs, it doesn’t matter,” coach Peter Laviolette said. “You have to go out and play a brand of hockey.”
