The four 18-year-olds involved in what officials are calling a “mob incident” in Center City this week were arraigned Wednesday and released pending a court date, the district attorney’s office announced Thursday.

Mitchell Symeir, Tymere Wilder, Rashaun Green and Kenyatta Long face charges of conspiracy, obstructing highways, failure to disperse and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident Tuesday afternoon where about 200 people congregated at 15th and Chestnut streets.

In addition to the four adults, 10 juveniles were also charged with conspiracy, obstructing highways, failure to disperse and disorderly conduct in connection with the brawl, officials with the District Attorney’s Office said.

The four 18-year-olds have a court date scheduled for May 10.
