Looking for some fun and unique things to do in Philly this weekend? We’ve got you covered.

Weeding Out The Stoned

This live comedy game show features a few different comedians—all of whom are stoned, well, except one. It’s up the audience and host/”Detective” Alex Grubard to eliminate those who are high, and to uncover the sober “narc.” Weeding Out The Stoned will be at Helium Comedy Club this Saturday, April 22, at 4:20 p.m. and tickets run for $20-$28.

BOTLD Rittenhouse

This weekend, BOTLD Rittenhouse will be hosting the Williams family, owners and distillers of Delta Dirt on both Friday, April 21, and Saturday, April 22.

Parents Harvey and Donna Williams and their sons, Thomas and Donovan, will be on site to discuss how a farming family works together to turn what they grow in the Arkansas Delta along the Mississippi River—some of the richest soil in the country—into award winning spirits inspired by the heritage of the South, a release states.

The family will be at BOTLD on the 21 from 4 to 6 p.m. and on the 22 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Toddlerpalooza at the Barnes

Creative activities will take place, as will interactive performances from Leslie Hamilton, Daria Marmaluk-Hajioannou, Thembi Palmer, and Francesca Montanile while there. This free morning of events also gets visitors into The Barnes’ galleries at no extra cost.

The Alice Cocktail Experience

With The Alice Cocktail Experience, visitors are welcomed into a world of curious characters (played by actors), twinkling lights and riddles with this spiked tea party extravaganza. The room itself (which calls the upstairs of Thanal Indian Tavern at 1939 Arch Street home) is decked out and even if you’re not a fan of tea—or spiked tea rather—it’s worth checking out for the atmosphere alone.

At this Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, patrons are put right into the action in immersive ways. A welcome shot and cupcakes are passed around for some sweet treats to start it all off, then to make your first drink, you must figure out a few different riddles, and a few other immersive games then ensue afterwards.

After traveling around different stops in the US, the nomadic party experience is now parked in the City of Brotherly Love until May 21, and shows run Wednesday through Sunday with two sessions each night (5:30 and 7:30 p.m.). In total, visitors will get a welcome drink, two bespoke cocktails, some sweet treats, 10% off Thanal Indian Tavern and a unique evening overall.

Jimmy Buffett’s ‘Escape to Margaritaville

The popular show has been extended at the Walnut Street Theatre until April 30. Directed and choreographed by Lisa Stevens, the show asks audiences to “kick off their flip flops and set your clock to island time, as the Walnut is transformed into a tropical paradise where love and laughter are the keys to growing older but not up.”

The show features some classics from the celebrated artist, including “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere,” “Fins,” “Volcano,” “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” and more. The musical track to the show frames the story, which follows Tully, a part-time bartender, part-time singer, and full-time charmer who ends up falling in love and re-evaluating everything he knows.
