Bar Bombón
The upscale plant-based bar and eatery has always had a vast selection of both menu and bar items that pique many foodies intrests. On the healthier side, Bar Bombón offers vegan items with a Latin twist.The menu is animal friendly as well as environmentally friendly and boasts stand-out items such as Hearts of Palm Ceviche (Avocado, jalapeno, jicama), Sweet Coconut Rice, Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos (Avocado, cilantro dressing, black beans, white onion), Marinated Spanish Olives, and more. Both Talula’s Garden and Talula’s Daily have their own assortment of healthy offerings for Philadelphians to check out. Talula’s Garden has a menu has filled with healthier options with dishes including Line Caught Tuna Crudo (local melons, radishes, basil, puffed quinoa and black garlic syrup), Pure and Healthy Carrot Ginger Soup (whipped goat cheese, fresh mint and basil), Chef-Curated Veggies and Farm Grains (made vegan or vegetarian), and Roasted Salmon (brussels, apples and cabbage with blackening spice; whipped potato, golden ale and mustard jus), making it the perfect restaurant to indulge guilt-free. Talula’s Garden is open for outdoor dining, or offered delivery via Caviar and Doordash. Talula’s Daily is also offering a variety of salads, sandwiches and soups alongside entrees and healthy side dishes. According to the release, the menu is fit to accommodate a variety of different diets and preferences, from vegetarian, to vegan, to gluten-free, to dairy-free and more. All of Talula’s Daily options offer a well-balanced meal that pack a nutritional punch – from the Healthy Turkey Sandwich (souderton turkey, crunchy apple slaw, swiss cheese, house bread, dijonaise), to the Superfood Salad (kale, napa cabbage, quinoa, blueberry, almond, pomegranate dressing), to the Chicken (chimichurri, greek orzo salad) and the Kennet Square Mushroom soup.
