Peddler’s Village

Head to Peddler’s Village this New Year’s for a night of food, fun and murder. In an event from Without a Cue Production titled “What dies in Vegas, lies in Vegas,” visitors will indulge in a cocktail hour with butlered and stationery hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar before the show starts at 8 p.m. Dinner will consist of three-courses featuring entrée options and a champagne toast. The official description of the mystery reads: “The Parrot Casino and Hotel is under new management, and there are some big changes coming. First things first… make the headliners fight it out in front of a live audience to determine who will get the ultimate spot of sole casino draw! You will get to vote as to who stays and who goes – maybe even permanently. You may even get a chance to audition for Elvis’s band. Can our Elvis impersonator, Rat Pack-style crooner, and sequin-clad magician’s assistant/cocktail waitress make it through the evening with their careers (and lives) intact? Or will it be a Murder, Vegas Style?”After the show, Philadelphians can head to the Hart’s Tavern bar (open until 1:00 a.m.) and watch the ball drop. Guests will not receive physical tickets for this event, a completed purchase registers guests automatically for the event and guests can check-in with their names. Your email receipt serves as proof of purchase but guests do not need to present it at the performance.
