President Joe Biden will return to Philadelphia on Thursday to unveil his proposed federal budget for the next fiscal year.
He “will deliver remarks on his plans to invest in America, continue to lower costs for families, protect and strengthen Social Security and Medicare, reduce the deficit, and more,” the White House said Sunday night.
The exact timing of Biden’s visit, as well as the location of his speech, have not been released. Officials said additional details would come later this week.
