Kensington Strangler killed two

KENSINGTON – DNA definitively links the so-called Kensington Strangler to two murders earlier this month, police said on Tuesday.

On Nov. 3, 21-year-old Elaine Goldberg’s partially-clothed body was found in a vacant lot on Ruth Street. Ten days later, authorities discovered the body of Nicole Piacentini, 35, partially clothed in a lot on East Cumberland Street near Jasper, a half-mile away. Both women were strangled, and police confirmed on Tuesday that both women were sexually assaulted
