Last week, Center City District announced who won its KidsInCenterCity.org Poster Drawing Contest. The winning entries will be turned into full-size posters and posted on six transit shelters (13th, 15th and 19th along Walnut; Broad and 18th on Chestnut; and outside Macy’s on Market Street.
Now, a cynic might note that just one of the three winners lists Philadelphia as a home address, but CCD CEO Paul Levy would rather note that, “these posters celebrate the many attractions for families with children in and around the downtown.”
There were 68 entries in all; the winners are Maya Levi, 5, of Johnson City, NY; Nicole Ingalis, 7, of Philadelphia; and Jackson Propp, 12, of Cinnaminson, NJ.
