Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market will return to Dilworth Park

The holiday magic is coming to town a little early this year — Philadelphia’s largest outdoor holiday market for local artists, makers and crafters is back, and will open early this year on Nov. 10.

The Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market will return to Dilworth Park, at 1 S. 15th Street, on Friday, Nov. 10, and extend all the way through New Year’s Day, Monday, Jan. 1, 2024. For the new season, the Market will feature over 40 vendors that include local merchants, craftsmen, designers and small businesses from the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-State region offering handmade holiday decorations, gifts, homegoods, apparel, foodie gifts and more.

“Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market is getting ready for a season full of festivities,” said Thomas Bauer, President of the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market in a statement.

After exploring the large selection of local vendors, hungry shoppers can enjoy Philly Phamous Foods for a quick and easy spot to enjoy Philadelphia favorites, like roast pork sandwiches, locally crafted sodas and other snacks.

For evenings, shoppers are encouraged to check out the Market during new extended late night hours, where people can shop, sip and enjoy the thousands of twinkling lights.

Made in Philadelphia and its sister market Christmas Village combined will feature over 160 total vendors, and turn Center City into a winter wonderland. Annually, the two markets and nearby holiday activities can attract hundreds of thousands of visitors per year for each holiday season.

Families visiting The Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market should definitely add the North Apron and City Hall Courtyard to their agenda, for spins around the Christmas Village Ferris Wheel, the Christmas Village Carousel and the Christmas Village Train. (Please note: Christmas Village and its related rides and attractions run on separate dates, with opening day on Thanksgiving, and will close for the season on Christmas Eve.)
