One man is in custody for charges related to the fatal stabbing of Nicki Minaj’s roadie in a Philly bar on Feb. 18.
Pierce Boykin, 31, of 1300 East Sedgwick Avenue, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and other related offenses.
Police say Boykin was involved in the double stabbing/homicide outside of the Che Bar and Grill on 6364 Stenton Avenue around 2:45 a.m.
Minaj’s road manager, 29-year-old Devon Pickett from Brooklyn, was stabbed multiple times in the torso, and died around 3 a.m.
Police say 27-year-old fellow Minaj crew member Eric Parker also suffered stab wounds to his left arm and is still in critical condition.
The victims were in Philadelphia preparing for the singer’s upcoming tour with her boyfriend, fellow hip hop artist Meek Mill, also a Philly native.
