A man is in critical condition this morning after a shooting in the Haddington section of West Philadelphia.
The man, 36, was sitting on a porch on the 5600 block of Westminster Avenue when he was shot in the lower abdomen shortly after 9:40 a.m.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical condition.
Police have not yet established a motive or made any arrests.
