Man gunned down in Norristown drive-thru

A Montgomery County McDonald’s was the scene of a deadly shooting late Tuesday when a man was gunned down by two suspects.

Witnesses told police that around 11:30 p.m. on the 200 block of West Main Street in Norristown, two men chased the victim into the drive-thru lane and fired at least 10 times, NBC10 reported.

Police said the victim was shot six times, according to 6ABC. Then the suspects then fled toward the transportation center across the street.

The unidentified man died between the speaker box and the pick-up window.

Police are still investigating a possible motive behind the shooting.

The McDonald’s opened for business Wednesday morning.
