Riding a bike, a 24-year-old man opened fire on a Cadillac in Kensington Friday killing one and injuring another, police said.
A 20-year-old man was shot in the head and died and a 27-year-old man was shot once in the shoulder around 6 p.m. at the 2800 block of Amber Street, police said.
Police apprehended the suspect after chasing him on his bike after the shooting. Police also recovered he weapon, which the suspect discarded.
The identity of the offender and the victim are not available at this time.
