Police are investigating a shooting in Germantown Tuesday night that claimed the life of a 28-year-old man.
Investigators said officers shortly before 10:15 p.m. responded to a report of a person with a gun on the 200 block of West Seymour Street.
Responders found a man lying unconscious on the street and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim, identified Tuesday as Julius Black, 28, of the 2100 block of Nedro Avenue, was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where he died a short time later.
There is not yet word on a motive or suspect, and no arrests have yet been made.
