A man was in critical condition after he was shot four times in Olney late Tuesday.
The shooting happened about 10:45 p.m. on Olney Avenue near North Broad Street, NBC10 reported. The victim stumbled into a Dunkin’ Donuts store after he was shot.
Philadelphia police officers in the area rushed to the scene when they heard the gunfire, and the 40-year-old victim got into a patrol car and was taken to Einstein Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained from gunshots to his back, groin and hand.
Police reportedly took a suspect into custody, but a gun was not recovered.
