A man is in critical condition after being shot in the head in Philadelphia’s Cobbs Creek neighborhood late Tuesday evening, Fox 29 reported.
The incident took place on the 800 block of Cecil Street around 10:30 p.m.

6ABC reported that “at least one shell casing was found inside the house, leading them to think he was shot in his own home.”
The unidentified 26-year-old victim was taken to Mercy Hospital and then transferred to Penn Presbyterian.
