A man was gunned down yesterday afternoon on a busy street in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia.
Police said gunfire erupted shortly after 3:30 p.m. on the 2900 block of North 5th Street near Cambria Street. A 36-year-old man was shot multiple times.
The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where he died about a half hour later. His identity has not yet been released.
Investigators haven’t made any arrests in connection with the slaying.
