Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who shot two females in Nicetown last Sunday, including a 13-year-old girl.

Abdur-Rahman, 18, of the 2000 block of North 27th Street, allegedly
shot two people as they were leaving a residence on the 1900 block of
Rowan Street around 7:30 p.m. A woman, 34, was shot twice in the lower
back and a girl, 13, was hit in the right thigh.
Both were taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.
