6ABC Philly reported that the home invader then bound the woman with tape and threatened her with a “stun-gunlike weapon” for her ATM PIN before absconding with jewelry, valuables and her ATM card.

After fleeing in the woman’s car, the thief was caught on an ATM camera withdrawing money.

The incident has rattled the otherwise quiet neighborhood.

“It’s alarming, and we have to keep our eyes open to make sure we’re a little more precautious,” Michael Rogers, a resident of the neighborhood told 6ABC.
