A Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice is stepping down in the wake of the porngate scandal that rippled through Pennsylvania’s capitol, 6ABC Philly reported.

Justice Michael Eakin, 67, who made his announcement on Tuesday, becomes the second judge on the state’s high court to quit over the past 18 months. He has sat on the court’s bench since 2002.
Eakin released a statement along with his resignation:
The porngate scandal stemmed from Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s allegations that she was set up in a scandal after uncovering “a cache of pornographic and racist emails that were being swapped among high-ranking state employees at her office.”
