A Lower Pottsgrove woman was sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison after being convicted of torching the house of a police detective who lived next door.
Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Gary S. Silow handed down the prison sentence to Donna Krupp on Thursday, calling her “the neighbor from hell,” Philly.com reported. Krupp was silent during the proceedings. “What kind of person does something so violent, so twisted?” Judge Silow asked during the sentencing, Philly.com added.
