Motorcyclist nearly dies in Northeast Philly shooting

A man is in critical condition after being shot in the headearly Sunday morning in Northeast Philadelphia.

On Comly Road near Roosevelt Boulevard, around 2:30 a.m., someone shot the 28-year-old victim while he was riding on a motorcycle, 6ABC reported.

When officers arrived, several men were holding down a 25-year-old male, whom they said allegedly shot the victim outside Steve’s Prince of Steaks.

According to NBC10, a suspect is now in custody, and investigators have recovered a gun they believe was used in the shooting.

The victim was taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital, where he’s listed in critical condition, according to several reports.
