NoLibs unwinds at Bar Ferdinand

The scene: Homey but sophisticated. This Liberties Walk mainstay has been serving hearty, imaginative Spanish tapas before Second Street turned into Spring Fling, and it shows.

The drinks: Happy Hour brings $16 pitchers of sangria and clericot (think a “white sangria” with melons) as well as selected half-price drafts.

The eats: Order up some half-price oysters or pick a couple small plates (hands off our eggplant empanadas) off the dinner menu for sinfully good “bar food.”

The bonus round
: If you swing by on a Monday night, bottles of wine are half-off.
