Pa. school official who allegedly exposed genitals to trucker claims he was ‘manscaping’

A Pennsylvania school district employee charged with indecent exposure for allegedly masturbating while driving on Route 33 in Bushkill Township claimed during his trial yesterday that he was actually “manscaping,” according to a report from The Morning Call.

Prosecutors asserted that assistant transportation supervisor for the Bethlehem Area School District Guy Labar, 48 – who has resigned since the incident – exposed himself to a truck driver near the Wind Gap exit last year.

Police reportedly said Labar, who was driving with his car’s dome light on, sped up and slowed down to keep pace with the trucker as he openly pleasuring himself.

Though the man admitted to driving with his genitals exposed during an interview with a state trooper, according to court documents obtained by the paper, his attorney yesterday said he was simply performing some male grooming.

“The witness didn’t see any manscaping going on,” case prosecutor Assistant District Attorney Patricia Mulqueen told the paper in response.

Labar, who was also charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct, was accepted a into first-offender program and given two years’ probation and a fine in exchange for expungement.
