A lot of gifts will be given to friends, family and loved ones this holiday season. But why not give a gift with some charitable incentive, or one that also gives back to those in need? There are a few institutions in Philly offering such options, and Metro has rounded up some of these opportunities.

Primark

According to a release, Primark has partnered with (RED) for a second time to release a new range of tonal leisure and loungewear that support the fight against pandemics with every purchase. The collection of super-soft tracksuits, logo t-shirts and accessories for women, men and kids are ideal for the cosy season, and 10% of the purchase price of every (Primark)RED item goes directly to the Global Fund to fight pandemics with (RED). What makes this set especially worth it is the fact that the (Primark)RED pieces can be worn together. Your loved ones, friends or family can sport a head-to-toe monochrome look or wear them separately as your outfit’s foundation while adding in pieces from your existing wardrobe. The collection also comes in matching mini-me sizes for little ones too, so you can really find a gift for absolutely everyone on your list. The release also states that several products come under the Primark Cares label, with all clothing being made with organic cotton and a selection of accessories made using recycled plastic. With prices ranging from $4 to $22, the 16-piece collection will be available in selected stores, including at the King of Prussia Mall, Fashion District Philadelphia and Willow Grove Park.

The Rounds

This recently launched no-waste delivery service in Philadelphia refills your favorite home goods on a weekly basis and is reinventing the quick delivery system in a sustainable way. How does it work? According to their site, Philadelphians can pick from over 100 different household products, have their auto-refill set (if you wish), then wait for delivery. The Rounds even pick up your empty containers, so nothing goes to waste. This holiday season, you can offer the gift of this sustainable service for different price points with their gift cards.

MANNA

MANNA has been servicing the Greater Philadelphia region since 1990 following the impact of the AIDS pandemic. At a time when many were affected and in isolation, members of the First Presbyterian Church of Philadelphia began delivering meals to their neighbors — that’s when the idea for this charitable institution was born. MANNA has been staying true to its core mission for three decades, having served 16,380,000 meals to over 31,000 clients with over 85 different illnesses — and they also offer some deals that give back during the holiday season. According to a release, MANNA has officially launched their 2021 Holiday Shop. Shoppers can choose from individual items such as fresh baked goods to MANNA-branded blankets and YETIs. In addition, this year MANNA is offering a “Made in Philly” holiday box featuring Philly lovers’ local favorites Revolver Coffee by Rival Bros., Toffee Pretzel Chocolate by DiBruno Bros., a Snowy Night Candle by Tin Goat, Philly Magnets by Exit 343 and much more. The best part? All proceeds from any gift purchased will benefit MANNA to help them give to residents as well.
