PHOTOS: Gilmore Girls fans line up at ‘Luke’s Diner’ on Arch Street

Yesterday marked the 16th anniversary of the first episode of Gilmore Girls and to celebrate, as well as promote the new Netflix mini-series, “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life,” more than 200 coffeehouses nationwide transformed into Luke’s Diner.

Hundreds of fans flocked to Hubbub Coffee at 17th and Arch for free coffee, which were served in Luke’s Diner coffee cups covered in “Gilmore Girls” quotes.
