On Wednesday, the day after winning the primary for the Democratic nomination for mayor, former city councilman Jim Kenney appeared with Republican candidate Melissa Murray Bailey at a fundraiser for Broad Street Ministry, which provides services to the homeless and poverty-stricken. Broad Street Ministry provides meals and social services to nearly 6,000 people. One of their services is providing a mailing address for 2,600 Philadelphia residents.
