On Friday, Oct. 13, the James Beard Foundation hosted “Taste America” at the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia. Some of the city’s best chefs were in attendance, including Nicholas Elmi of Laurel, Camille Cogswell of Zahav, Richard Landau of Vedge and Guillermo Pernot of Cuba Libre.
Together they created an unforgettable dining experience at the Philly stop of the 10-city “Taste of America Tour,” which also traveled to Phoenix, New Orleans and Seattle. Upcoming stops include Chicago, San Francisco, Austin, Boston and Kansas City.
Now in its fifth year, proceeds from the event benefitted the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Scholarship Fund.
